What a wonderful week end I had with my mommy! We went to the Hockey Pee Wee tournament and had a blast! Mommy never thought I would enjoy that so much! I was wearing my Senators, Ottawa team jersey. Mommy's english teacher sent me stories that I can listen too. They are all in french. So, even if I can't read books, I can listen to the stories!! Mommy is enjoying that idea! Thanks M. Breland by thinking of me!

J'ai eu une fin de semaine de la mort!! J'ai tellement aimé aller au tournoi de hockey pee wee avec maman! Maman n'aurait jamais cru que j'aimerais autant. Je portais mon chandail de hockey des Sénateurs d'Ottawa. Aussi, le professeur d'anglais de maman, de la session passée, m'a envoyé des histoires que je peux écouter en m'endormant. Même si je ne peux pas lire des livres, je peux maintenant écouter les histoires sur Cd! Maman adore cette idée, merci M. Breland d'avoir pensé à moi!

Zac is out!

Yeah!! I am five years old now! I had great presents from my family. We also went to the restaurant. It was cool beeing with my family even is some were missing. On saturday, mommy and I cooked a yummy cake for Valentine's day.

Yeah! J'ai enfin 5ans! J'ai eu de beau cadeaux des gens de ma famille. Nous sommes aussi allé au restaurant..un buffet!! J'étais bien, entouré de ma famille, même si il manquait des gens. Samedi, maman et moi avons cuisiné un délicieux gâteau de St-Valentin. Miam!

By the way, only 7days before Zac's 5th birthday!!! My man will be a big boy!

Pendant que je faisais de la recherche sur la clonidine et la mélatonine, les médicaments essayés par Zac, j'ai trouvé ce lien intéressant ou ils parlent des effets de ces deux médicaments sur le sommeil de nos Anges. J'ai cru intéressant de le partager avec vous.

Aussi, plus que 7 jours avant le cinquième anniversaire de Zac!! Petit homme devient grand!


Clonidine\Melatonine

What a nice day!!! Mommy and I, with one of her friend, went to the shopping center. Mommy bought me the coolest present ever! You know the bubble tub, in the snoezelen room? I have mine now!!! Isn't it cool!!!! Mommy told me that it was my birthday present...but I can have it now...cause she needed help to build it up. She asked her friend Félix. Thanks Félix! Also, it is the first time that I look interest with the aquadoodle thing. Mommy was so proud!!

Wow!! La plus belle journée de ma vie!! Maman, moi, et un ami de maman sommes allés au marché aux puces. Maman m'a acheté le plus beau cadeau de toute ma vie!! Vous savez le tube à eau dans la salle snoezelen?? J'ai maintenant le mien!!! C'est cool, n'est-ce pas??!!! Maman m'a dit que c'était mon cadeau d'anniversaire, mais en avance, car elle avait besoin d'aide pour l'assembler. Elle a demandé à son ami Félix qui nous avait gentiment accompagné. Merci Félix! Aussi c'est la première fois que maman me voit intéressé vis-à-vis le tapis aquadoodle. Elle était fière!

Since Sunday night, I am taking clonidine. Mommy says that it's working good with my sleep. I can now sleep all night without waking up! That is good news for mommy and I! I am having a bad flu but I don't have any therapies at home, so it's ok for now, I can rest correctly!

Also, I will be 5 in eleven days! Yeah! Mommy says that I will be a big boy now! What do you think of that? She will cook a cake for my friends and I at school!

Depuis dimanche passé, j'ai commencé la clonidine. Maman dit que jusqu'à maintenant, ca fonctionne bien. Je suis capable de dormir une nuit complète, sans me réveiller! Bonne nouvelle pour maman et moi!! J'ai un petit rhume depuis quelques jours, mais je n'ai pas de thérapies à la maison, donc je peux me reposer mieux.

Aussi, dans onze jours, j'aurai 5ans!! Maman a dit que je vais devenir un grand garçon! J'ai hâte de voir ce que j'aurai comme cadeaux! Maman cuisinera un bon gâteau pour mes amis et moi, à l'école.
